The prices shown on the website are per apartment per day.

Prices for short stays

For stays of less than 7 days, please consult the calendar and rates.

Privacy of Your Data

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the data protection law, and under no circumstances will it be disclosed to third parties for any commercial or other purpose.

Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation, please contact DELTA-GREEN as soon as possible.
The cancellation conditions are as follows: cancellation 30 days before the arrival date, DELTA-GREEN will retain 50% of the amount received.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will result in the loss of the entire reservation.

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be given upon check-in, and will be fully refunded upon check-out, unless damage has occurred.

Hours

The keys to the reserved accommodation will be at your disposal between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM on the first day of your reservation, at the office indicated in our booking confirmation.
The scheduled check-out time is from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the last day of your reservation.

Maximum number of occupants

Occupancy of the accommodation by more people than the number specified in the reservation will result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of the reservation amount.
